Cartoons has been a project in the works for over 3 years. The events that take place on this concept album reflect the life and times of my family and my old band, The Spiffies. This album is dedicated to the late Herbie Vargo III and the music is here for the sole purpose of sending a message. The whole concept revolves around one day in the life of a suicidal teen stuck in his house and neglecting his phone calls. The first track, "Older" was written in 2011 and the last track, "Don't Leave Me" was written in august 2014. I have written many songs in between, but decided to only include 7 prominent tracks that tell the story of tragedy, love, and resilience.
